Hasan Čengić new president of the Assembly of the Islamic Community in BiH

At today's session of the Assembly, in addition to current issues, the president and vice-presidents of the Assembly were elected for the next four-year term, reports Patria.

Today, the constitutive session of the Assembly of the Islamic Community in BiH was held in the Gazi Husrev-beg Library hall, where the report of the Main Election Commission on the conducted elections was considered, followed by the election of the working presidency of the Assembly, the nomination commission and the election commission, after which the election of the president and two vice-presidents of the Assembly took place, and the newly elected assembly members took their oath.

Hasan Čengić was elected as the new president of the Assembly, and the vice-presidents are Edin Altagić and Ramiz Jelovac.
