Pilgrim Džemila Memagić from Zenica Passes Away in Mecca

One of the pilgrims from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Džemila Memagić from Zenica, who was on the Hajj with her son Ahmet, passed away in Mecca this morning around 8 AM Bosnian time, confirmed Nezim ef. Halilović for bir.ba, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Today during the day, the funeral prayer will be performed and she will be buried in Mecca.

- That is the procedure here. Her son and a few of us will attend the funeral prayer - said ef. Halilović.

Muderis Nezim ef. Halilović also confirmed that the other pilgrims are well, and that yesterday during the day all pilgrims from Bosnia and Herzegovina performed the Umrah.

- With yesterday's day and the evening prayer, everyone performed the Umrah. We are preparing to go to Arafat. Everything is going according to plan - said ef. Halilović.
