GS: Do not agree to Čović's blackmail

(Patria) - The Civic Alliance (GS) believes that the adoption of decisions on temporary financing of BiH institutions and BiH's international obligations and the determination of the start date for the work of the BiH Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and Other Measures by the Council of Ministers at the proposal of HDZ ministers shows that one must not agree to the blackmail of HDZ and their criminal octopus, because after yesterday it is clear that Čović does not have the conditions to blackmail all of us in BiH, and that each time after such an attempt, he can only wave a white flag.

Namely, in the past eight months, Dragan Čović and HDZ have tried to deny financing to federal and state institutions in order to achieve party interests at the expense of the state and its citizens, but in both attempts they emerged as losers, and it turned out that it was actually just a paper tiger.

Furthermore, it is obvious that the project of restoring the criminal HZHB has run aground on the crime of HDZ cadres. It is now quite certain that Elektroprivreda HZHB will suffer the same fate as Aluminij, which will result in further emigration from Mostar and Herzegovina and a demographic collapse of that part of our country. This is a cause for deep concern, not the continuation of the blackmail policy led by Čović, leading not only HDZ to political suicide - which we in GS consider desirable - but also jeopardizing the existence of tens of thousands of people. We in GS therefore believe that Dragan Čović will ultimately be written down on the blackest page of Croats in BiH, right alongside Mate Boban, Gojko Šušak, and others.

We in GS believe that agreeing to the blackmail of the politically disintegrated Čović is directly helping to revive the criminal octopus he controls," the GS announced.
