Mr. Ivanić, you are a member of the BiH Presidency, be serious!

The latest statement by BiH Presidency member Mladen Ivanić that the proposal of Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić shows "all the political superiority of Serbs as a people and the anarchic thinking of politicians from other nations" is throwing dust in the eyes of the public and an attempt to relativize what the ideologues from Belgrade have done, and Serbian politicians blindly followed, it was announced from the Party for BiH, reports the Patria news agency.  

-Ivanić's statement is precisely a substitution of theses, and politicians from the Serbian people behave archaically and do not understand that circumstances have changed in the area of the former common state. The question should be posed in reverse: why does the policy of Serbian leaders still keep their own people in delusion and try to diminish the responsibility incurred during all the wars in the former Yugoslavia.

Here it is worth mentioning several facts. The war in Croatia, for example, was not waged by Bosniaks and Albanians with Croats, but by Serbs. Then the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina was again led by Serbian politics. The war in Kosovo was not between Croats and Bosniaks on one side and Albanians on the other, but between Serbs and Albanians. The common denominator of all wars in the area of the former Yugoslavia was Belgrade's policy, which is why Vučić feels the need to make a relativization and equate everyone, even though that policy resulted in genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is clear even to small children, and Vučić addresses politicians outside Serbia's borders as if they were children.

On the other hand, Ivanić should be a politician of a slightly larger caliber, but he accepted Vučić's transparent game and thinks it is enough to change his public appearances and make a historical turnaround in a cheap way. Minimal knowledge of diplomacy is needed to properly read all of Vučić's statements.

In these areas, a substantive turnaround needs to occur, and things will start to fall into place. Serbia is a participant in all wars in the area of the former Yugoslavia, and it is logical that the process of reconciliation should start from it, but sincere, not rhetorical, states the announcement signed by Amer Jerlagić, president of the Party for BiH.
