Goran Čerkez and two colleagues from the Ministry of Health in self-isolation

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Goran Čerkez, Assistant Minister of Health of the FBiH, is in self-isolation as he was in contact with an infected person in the past few days, who was confirmed to have coronavirus yesterday.

Čerkez confirmed this information for BHT, adding that two colleagues from the Ministry of Health did the same. When asked about the method and number of citizen testing, he said they followed the World Health Organization's guidelines.

"If the WHO said it incorrectly, then we are also doing it incorrectly," Čerkez said, adding that in the next phase, the number of tests will increase.

"We dealt with clusters, and we are still dealing with them. I don't believe that any request from the profession has not been tested," Čerkez said.

He said he left it to the experts and still doesn't know if he will be tested.
