Chief Prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton is Dalida Burzić

The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its session held on December 17 and 18, 2014 in Sarajevo, made decisions on the appointment of holders of judicial functions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The following holders of judicial functions were appointed:

- Dalida Burzić, to the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton;
- Aida Topalović, to the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton;
- Davorka Delić, to the position of Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republika Srpska;
- Eldina Biuk, to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Dubravka Krajišnik, to the position of Judge of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo;
- Gordana Stojaković, to the position of Judge of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo;
- Mirsada Čaušević-Dučić, to the position of Judge of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo;
- Nađa Seferović, to the position of Judge of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo;
- Nermina Novalija, to the position of Judge of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo;
- Zorana Bošković, to the position of Judge of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo;
- Maida Trnačević, to the position of Judge of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla;
- Dženeta Hadžić, to the position of Additional Judge of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla;
- Draženko Lugonja, to the position of Judge of the District Commercial Court in Bijeljina;
- Mladen Hrstić, to the position of Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the West Herzegovina Canton;
- Martina Baković, to the position of Additional Judge of the Municipal Court in Livno;
- Firdeus Alajbegović, to the position of Additional Judge of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo;
- Marina Ilić, to the position of Additional Judge of the Basic Court in Teslić.

In making the Decision on appointment, the HJPC of Bosnia and Herzegovina took into account criteria such as: professional knowledge, work experience and work results; professional ability based on previous career results; ability to perform duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the function for which they are applying; relationships with colleagues, conduct outside work, professional impartiality, reputation and experience in managerial positions.

The newly appointed holders of judicial functions will assume their duties on December 29, 2014.
