General Dudaković nominated for BiH Presidency member!

Renowned Army of RBiH general Atif Dudaković will be the candidate for the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency in the General Elections in October this year, the BiH news agency Patria (NAP) has learned from well-informed sources.

Namely, a group of parties from the Una-Sana Canton (USK) is ready to nominate General Dudaković, as a deserving fighter and proven patriot, for the highest position in the country, expecting all pro-Bosnian parties to rally around this.

According to unofficial information, the president of the Alliance for a Better Future (SBB), Fahrudin Radončić, is ready to support this initiative.

As we learn, General Dudaković, former commander of the 5th Corps of the ARBiH, was the first option for the new Prime Minister of USK after Hamdija Lipovača's departure, but this was abandoned due to the stance that Dudaković deserves the highest position. General Dudaković was not available for comment at this time.

An additional argument for the parties from USK is that a member of the BiH Presidency has never before been from that part of BiH, which is particularly deserving of the defense of statehood and the borders of BiH.

At the same time, Radončić, as the leader of SBB, as NAP learns, is ready to support General Dudaković, given that he has long been considering the option of taking on the same ministerial position in the new Council of Ministers after the elections. It is not excluded that if SDA manages to remove Radončić from the current convocation, he will return even stronger after the elections.

NAP learns from well-informed sources that General Vahid Karavelić, a man of Radončić's trust and Dudaković's favorite general, has been delegated to closed-door negotiations with parties from USK on behalf of SBB. Reportedly, other positions in the future constellation of power based on this agreement are already being allocated in the talks.
