Gaković left SBiH, Efendić sharply - Feed the poor to your shame

(Patria) - The Party for BiH has lost a deputy in the Sarajevo Canton Assembly after Elza Gaković decided to return her membership card. This was confirmed by the party president Semir Efendić, but he also explained what was behind it all.

"Feed the poor to your shame," says a folk proverb - Efendić wrote.

"Munir Gaković, the husband of SBiH cantonal deputy Elza Gaković, first asked me for him to work in the municipality in the public procurement department because he was attending some courses on public procurement, even though he graduated in sports, and after that, he also asked to be the director/manager of the Dobrinja swimming pool. The person in question is actually an employee of the Public Enterprise Olympic Swimming Pool Otoka. When he didn't get what he asked for, Elza Gaković is leaving the SBiH club in the KS Assembly, because someone else has obviously promised him the same or something similar," Efendić wrote.

He points out that he personally feels the need to apologize to the citizens of Sarajevo Canton and the membership of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina that such a person was even on the list and in a position that enabled them to enter the KS Assembly.

"Both she and Admela Hodžić, who left two months ago. For them, even 2,000 personal votes is unattainable and a distant dream, and the election threshold for the KS Assembly was around 7,000. Therefore, they took mandates that are not theirs and are now trading with them, to their shame. Mathematically, it represents some loss, but politically and humanly, it means nothing, and without them, we will certainly be stronger and better. I am convinced that it is better that such people are no longer with us, because with them there is no progress for anyone, neither for the party, nor for the people, nor for the state," Efendić concluded.
