
The Football Association of Montenegro yesterday donated 20,000 euros or 39,116 KM to the dedicated donor account of the Federal Ministry of Finance to help flood victims. The president of the Football Association of Montenegro is Dejan Savićević, a former renowned footballer.
A total of 562,231.20 KM has been paid into the Government's account, writes Patria.
During yesterday, nine payments were made with a total sum of 54,956 KM.
The government opened donor accounts on May 17, but the disposal of these funds will not be possible until the Fund is established to ensure transparency in spending.
At today's session of the FBiH Government, three legal solutions will be presented to the ministers:
- Draft Law on the Establishment of the Federal Fund for Assistance to Disaster-Stricken Areas from Natural Disasters on the Territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Draft Law on Financing Assistance for the Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters and Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Natural Disasters
- Draft Law on the Procedure for Transfer of Ownership Rights to Real Estate Owned by the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cantons, Cities and Municipalities in Disaster-Stricken Areas, in order to help the affected population.
