Football Federation of BiH after an epic night: We are not watching the weather forecast, the sun has been shining for us since last night!

(Patria) - The Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (N/FS BiH) announced this morning after the historic qualification of the Dragons for the World Cup – with a message that has quickly won the sympathy of fans across the country.

After an epic night in Zenica and a victory over Italy after a penalty shootout, the Federation sent a simple but powerful message:

"Good morning. Today we are not watching the weather forecast, because we know that the sun has been shining in Bosnia and Herzegovina since last night," stated the FBiH FA.

Let us remind you, the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina made history by defeating Italy in the World Cup qualifying playoff final.

After the regular part and extra time ended with a score of 1:1, the Dragons were more confident in the penalty shootout and celebrated with a 4:1 victory, thus securing their place in the World Cup which is being played this year in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

The path to this great success was impressive – it all began with a great victory in Cardiff against Wales, and the culmination came in front of packed stands at Bilino Polje.
