Footballers gather, Sušić cancels morning training

With the evening gathering of footballers at the Training Camp of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Zenica, preparations begin for the BiH national team for the qualifying match against Israel, which will be played on November 16 in Haifa, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

A large number of fans of the BiH national team waited for the footballers in front of the Training Center, and the injured captain Edin Džeko also arrived.

The Dragons travel to Haifa on Friday. Goalkeeper Asmir Begović will be late for the gathering due to medical examinations. As selector Safet Sušić said, there will be no morning training because he fears unforeseen situations, and the BiH team is already burdened with injured players.

- All players are ready, they have played many matches in their clubs and there is no reason to overdo it, for something else unforeseen to happen. We have to reduce training a bit more so that there is no higher intensity, because with this black streak, you never know how it will end - Sušić said.
