Less politics, more system: that is the only language citizens understand and the only result that is worth it - stated the state Minister of Communications and Transport Edin Forto today.

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the Growth Plan today, in a telephone session, after several failed attempts, and the decision was made unanimously.

This prevented the loss of a tranche of 108.5 million euros and opened the way for drawing funds from the EU.

- It has finally been adopted - now we stop measuring political blockades and it's time to measure results. What is our task?

Broadband internet and 5G - we are finalizing the broadband internet strategy and harmonizing regulations to reduce the costs of the broadband network, introducing 5G infrastructure, so that fast internet becomes the standard, not the exception.

Digital identity and e-services - we need a modern law on electronic identity and trust services, the establishment of a digital wallet with data interoperability among institutions.

Cybersecurity (NIS2) - establishing a contact point, functional CSIRT teams and competent authorities at all levels, with clear powers and coordination.

Smart and digital transport - we are introducing eFTI/eCMR (digital consignment notes and freight data exchange) and implementing ITS (intelligent transport systems) on key sections of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T).

Airport infrastructure - we are opening the possibility of public-private partnerships where it brings greater efficiency and a better standard of service.

Public service - establishing a sustainable system for collecting the RTV fee and settling debts to BHRT.

All of this is part of one ambition: for the state to be there where it is most needed by citizens and the economy - Forto said.
