(Patria) - The owner and director of the company ANI-BH d.o.o. Sarajevo, Aida Džabija-Dacić, said that as of Friday, half of the employees in her company will go to the unemployment bureau.
This is a consequence of the Decision on the increase of the minimum net salary to 1,000 KM, and gross to 1,744 KM.
- I have 52 employees, I am waiting until Friday to see if anything will change regarding the Government's Decision. If it doesn't change, I really wouldn't risk paying an additional 17,000 KM in taxes.
We cannot pay that, there is no such math. I would ask them to think a little about their decision - Džabija-Dacić told BiznisInfo.ba.
She also stated that she has four branches and is prepared to close two and lay off half of her workforce.
- That is my final decision - added the owner of the company, which operates a preschool institution.
Finally, she reminded that employees who are laid off as redundant will go to the unemployment bureau where they will be at the state's expense.
