(Patria) - The Energy Regulatory Commission of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FERK) at today's regular session in Mostar approved JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo's ten-year development plan for the distribution system, as well as the annual and three-year investment plan for the distribution system.
The approval pertains to the document "Ten-Year (2026-2035) Development Plan of the Electric Distribution System of JP Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. - Sarajevo (with detailed elaboration for the first three years)" from January 2026, as well as the document "Three-Year (2026-2028) Investment Plan in the Electric Distribution System of JP Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. - Sarajevo".
The Commission also issued decisions to revoke two operating licenses for electricity generation in renewable energy micro-installations and to revoke the status of a qualified producer in two photovoltaic power plant production facilities for the craft "SOLE 1" owned by Kadić Fehrija from Kakanj, as the craft has ceased to exist and can no longer engage in electricity generation.
Acting on the requests of applicants A&A SEnergy d.o.o. from Goražde and SE Čuljak from Mostar, FERK issued decisions to revoke operating licenses for electricity generation in renewable energy micro-installations, as they are no longer required to perform this activity according to the Law on Electricity of the FBiH. Simultaneously, they will retain the status of qualified producers in photovoltaic power plant production facilities acquired during the licensing process.
For the company "Eskimo S 2" Travnik d.o.o., a decision was made to establish its status as a qualified producer in the "Podstinje" hydroelectric power plant production facility.
The company "Liquivex" d.o.o. Usora has had its operating license (license) for LPG trading temporarily revoked, and a deadline of March 20, 2026, has been set for it to provide FERK with notification on whether the liquidation proceedings have been suspended and whether it intends to continue its energy business. Otherwise, the Commission will issue a decision for permanent revocation of the license.
At the session, it was also decided to send the Draft License for conducting the activity of electricity generation for the applicant "ECCO-CRIMA" d.o.o. Prozor to a public hearing.
The public hearing will be conducted by submitting written comments from the interested public by March 20, 2026, until 12:00 PM, by mail to FERK's address in Mostar or by email to kontakterk.ba. A copy of the Draft License is available at FERK's headquarters and on the Commission's official website.
