
(Patria) - Fenerbahçe tonight, with a hat-trick from Edin Džeko, defeated Konyaspor with a score of 7:1 in the 19th round of the Turkish Super League.
Everything was decided in Istanbul after the first 45 minutes, writes Faktor.ba.
Džeko scored three goals in just 29 minutes - between the 11th and 40th.
He scored the first goal in the 11th minute from a penalty he earned himself. He then found the net of the opposing team in the 32nd minute - after a mistake by Konyaspor's defense, and completed his hat-trick in the 40th minute assisted by Szymanski.

The Bosnian striker now has 16 goals to his name and is alone at the top of the Turkish league's top scorers list. Mauro Icardi is behind him with four goals fewer.
Muldur in the 42nd and Szymanski in the 44th minute also scored for Fener in the first half. Džeko and Szymanski remained in the locker room at halftime.
Towards the end, Batshuayi scored for the home team in the 63rd minute, Yazgili scored an own goal in the 83rd minute, and Guilherme scored a consolation goal for Konyaspor in the 90th minute.
Fenerbahçe is the league leader with 50 points, while second-placed Galatasaray has three points less and a game in hand.
