Federal Civil Protection Headquarters issues two new orders

(Patria) - In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the sixth extraordinary session of the Federal Civil Protection Headquarters (FSCZ) was held today in Sarajevo, chaired by commander Jelka Milićević.

Of the two orders adopted at today's FSCZ session, the first suspends visits and departures of all migrants in all refugee reception centers, temporary reception centers, and the asylum center in the FBiH. The second order from the FSCZ prohibits the operation of private dental practices and private dental laboratories in the FBiH and orders health centers to organize the provision of emergency dental services to citizens.

Cantonal inspection authorities and cantonal ministries of internal affairs are recommended to use, in addition to misdemeanor measures, the provisions of the Criminal Code of the FBiH and criminal liability for criminal offenses against human health, prevention of an official in the performance of official duties, and assault on an official in the performance of security duties, when checking violations of isolation measures.

It is recommended to publish the first and last names, as well as the place of stay or residence of persons found not to be complying with the imposed isolation measures. Cantonal, municipal/city civil protection headquarters are recommended to consider the possibility of finding adequate space for the accommodation and isolation of persons violating isolation measures.
