Federal delegates today on amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law

(Patria) - The 16th session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament has been scheduled for today in Sarajevo, starting at 12:00 PM. There are 15 items on the agenda.

Among other things, delegates will consider, under an urgent procedure, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.

Under an expedited procedure, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Settlement of Obligations from Old Foreign Currency Savings Accounts in FBiH and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Allocation and Direction of Part of the Revenue of Enterprises Generated by the Operation of Thermal Power Plants will be considered.

Also on the proposed agenda under an expedited procedure are the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Bankruptcy, as well as the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Determining Settlements and on Amendments to the Names of Settlements in Certain Municipalities.

The Bill on Protection from Family Violence and Violence Against Women in FBiH, the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanors, and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Enforcement Procedure will also be considered.

Delegates will also discuss draft laws on price control and on land surveying and real estate cadastre.
