Energoinvest Hires 17 Trainees

Seventeen trainees with no prior work experience signed employment contracts with Energoinvest on March 10, Klix reports. Energoinvest Director Enes Čengić wished the new employees luck and success in their work.

- The employees' place of work will be where the company implements its projects, which in our case are the markets of Algeria, Albania, Ethiopia, Iraq, Kosovo, Slovakia... The company needs young, motivated people for such projects who will contribute to maintaining Energoinvest's long-standing business tradition with their enthusiasm, creativity, and ideas - Čengić said.

Based on the employment program "Strengthening Competitiveness in the Labor Market – First Work Experience 2013" by the Federal Employment Bureau (FZZZ) from December last year, these young people were given the opportunity to gain professional experience. This includes 15 employees with higher education and two with secondary education, who were registered as unemployed with the FZZZ.

Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo has been participating in the Bureau's programs for over ten years, aimed at providing young, highly educated personnel with the opportunity to gain professional experience.
