Elek questioned in East Sarajevo at the request of the MUP of Sarajevo Canton over the removal of the state flag

(Patria) - The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Olympic Center "Jahorina", Nedeljko Elek, said that today at the premises of the East Sarajevo Police Department he gave a statement as a witness regarding the report for the removal of the BiH flag from one of the peaks of Jahorina, which was characterized as the criminal offense of damaging another's property.

- At the MUP of Republika Srpska, I was told that this was at the request of the MUP of Sarajevo Canton. I will always respond to a call from any security agency at the level of BiH, and especially the MUP of Republika Srpska. I am at your disposal for all circumstances I know on this topic - said Elek.

We remind you that Elek publicly boasted about removing the flagpole and the state flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the part of Jahorina located in the Federation of BiH. The MUP of Sarajevo Canton did not react initially, but after public pressure, an investigation was conducted and the process was initiated.
