(Patria) - I have information from RS that some meetings were held with Vučić regarding the circumstances with Dodik. Vučić said back in June that Dodik is the best, but that he will have to go.
I am sure that Belgrade will determine who will be the next President of RS - stated in the show "Dan uživo" on N1 television the leader of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Semir Efendić.
He commented on his recent reaction regarding the sale of part of the assets of the company "Zrak". Through an amendment by the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina to the FBiH budget for 2023, seven million KM in grants were secured for "Zrak" to pay off debts. The show's host asked - was that money ever paid out?
- Information was published from the Municipal Court in Sarajevo that certain plots were awarded to certain buyers, including "Srbinjeputevi", whose owner is Gordan Pavlović, who is quite present throughout BiH.
We have information on how the FBiH Government is saving "Zrak", and it is not working. We had a letter from a group of workers to the Government where I saw that the total debt is 45 million marks. That was shocking for me because I know that the workers' claim, who initiated bankruptcy, was less than 5 million marks.
The Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina fought for amendments and secured seven million which we believed would be sufficient. Unfortunately, neither the previous nor the current Minister of Finance transferred the funds, and it went into bankruptcy.
We have two stories - on one hand, the Government says how "Zrak" is being saved, and on the other, we have information from the Court that it is being sold off - said Efendić.
Speaking about the mentioned letter, he said he does not know who its author is, but that he obtained that information from it.
- I fear that it can easily happen that everything is sold off. The FBiH Government must urgently find money to pull "Zrak" out of bankruptcy - states Efendić.
The host also asked him about his constant criticisms of the Troika, even though the parties that make it up insist on removing SNSD from power.
- The Troika will be honest the moment they start talking about Čović in the same way as about SNSD. The HDZ chairwoman (Borjana Krišto) does not want to appoint the Minister of Security of BiH, and if she had done that, we would have the Growth Plan - emphasized Efendić.
He adds that the Troika is guilty because it chose partners in this way - it entered with SNSD, persuaded by HDZ...
Asked whether it was lenient precisely because of that, he said he thinks that was the case, but that one cannot trade with the state because of relations in the entity.
- Krišto did not want to appoint Vukanović, she could have done that six months ago. HDZ keeps SNSD as a partner. I think HDZ is convinced that SNSD will remain in some significant capacity - says Efendić.
With the host's remark that HDZ leader Dragan Čović is announcing talks with parties, he asked him whether that party will change its attitude towards SNSD?
- I think that is just buying time. Remember Čović's earlier meetings with the opposition from RS. You saw when Dodik could no longer be President of RS, he transferred his powers to HDZ's man - answered Efendić.
He assesses that the path for Dodik's departure from the scene is long because he remained at the head of SNSD.
- He signs candidacies and that really gives him great power. Many (in SNSD) might possibly disobey, but he is the one who verifies candidacies.
I said earlier, after months of wrangling and Dodik not being arrested, he appeared before the Court of BiH under strange circumstances and an agreement was probably reached.
The case regarding the coup d'état and armed rebellion was pushed aside, and he was convicted for failing to implement the High Representative's decision. All of this was arranged through the international community outside BiH, in cooperation with Vučić.
I have information from RS that some meetings were held with Vučić regarding the circumstances with Dodik. Vučić said back in June that Dodik is the best, but that he will have to go.
I am sure that Belgrade will determine who will be the next President of RS. In my opinion, it is no coincidence that a completely anonymous person was nominated on behalf of SDS, the largest opposition party.
I fear that the goal is not for them to win the elections and that Belgrade has meddled in that. In the regular elections, Jelena Trivić almost defeated Dodik, and now we have a completely anonymous candidate. I fear that SNSD could retain the position of President of RS - added Efendić.
