Efendić: Judicial farce regarding Dodik, they said 'we won't do it again, by God', BiH Court lifted their detention

It was taken in the barracks of the Armed Forces of BiH at a time when warrants were issued and detention ordered for the persons in the photos, and the Minister of Defense of BiH "banned" them from entering the barracks, said the president of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Semir Efendić, with the photo -



"The BiH judiciary has forgiven them for open attempts to overthrow the constitutional order and armed prevention of state bodies from implementing their decisions. They have not withdrawn or annulled any of their decisions. The Constitutional Court did that, and they have been forgiven because they will be good now.

They said at some secret meetings with representatives of the judiciary, where the farce we are witnessing was agreed upon, 'We won't do it again, by God', so their detention was lifted and prohibitions were imposed", Efendić stated in his reaction.

We remind you that after detention was lifted for Milorad Dodik last Friday, the BiH Court did the same today for Radovan Višković, Prime Minister of RS, and Nenad Stevandić, Speaker of the National Assembly of RS.
