Edin Džeko does not need surgery: I will return in a month and a half!

(Patria) - Captain of the BiH national football team Edin Džeko also spoke about his shoulder injury at today's press conference. He saw some symbolism in that too.

"It all happened. But I have a feeling, some destiny, that it happened in the last second and I didn't take the penalty. Who knows, maybe I wouldn't have scored either. As for the arm, it's not the worst, surgery is not needed. I hope I should be back in a month, a month and a half," said Džeko.

The President of the Association, Vico Zeljković, also spoke about the bonuses for the players, stating that everything will be in accordance with the Rulebook.

"We will hold a meeting regarding the bonuses and define everything," said Zeljković.

Zeljković also announced two preparatory friendly matches, one of which will be at the Koševo stadium.

"We will see about the opponents with the coach. The first match should be on May 31st or June 1st, if we manage to agree on everything. If Merlin got Koševo, then the national team should also be able to come, with as many people as possible. And the second match will be in early June in the USA," said Zeljković.
