Edin Džeko underwent an MRI scan of his knee's medial cruciate ligament, which showed a rupture. Unlike last time, when he was hit in a match against Carpi, playing for Roma, this time the injury is of a milder nature, and Džeko is expected to have a break, i.e., therapy for two weeks, said Džeko's spokesperson Jasmin Ligata, writes the BH news agency Patria.
We remind you that Džeko left the match against Spain after 20 minutes of play, complaining of a blow he received during the game. The check-up showed that it was an injury that would require him to take a break.
