Džeko follows old custom of tipping musicians: Balkan media delighted with the Diamond, no room for criticism

Captain of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team Edin Džeko and striker for Italian Roma, after a suspension and a three-match ban, came to BiH, and last night enjoyed the songs of folk singer Šaban Šaulić in the café of his friend Senijad Ibričić in Sanski Most, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

One of the café guests recorded part of the atmosphere from Šaulić's performance when Džeko decided to tip the singer and the musicians, which is a completely normal custom both in BiH and in other countries of the region. However, that recording provoked different opinions, so for the media in the region Džeko is the person of the day, while in some foreign media this video was called "bizarre" and they even assume it was some kind of bet.

In any case, Džeko was sharing his money and spending time with his friends. It has long been known how much of a humanitarian he is and in how many humanitarian actions he has participated. Therefore, no one should hold a moment of relaxation and enjoyment against him.
