Džaferović and Komšić laid flowers at memorials and congratulated Sarajevo City Day

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Chairman of the Presidency of BiH Šefik Džaferović and member of the Presidency of BiH Željko Komšić laid flowers on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the city of Sarajevo from fascist occupation and April 6th, Sarajevo City Day.

Džaferović and Komšić paid tribute and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame memorial, at the Kovači cemetery, at the memorial to the murdered children of Sarajevo, and at the Vraca memorial, the Presidency of BiH announced.

Members of the Presidency of BiH emphasized the great significance of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Sarajevo from fascist occupation and stressed their commitment to the fight against fascism.

They congratulated the citizens on April 6th, Sarajevo City Day, with a message to stay at home to protect themselves and their fellow citizens.

The laying of flowers was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of epidemiological services, with additional protective measures.
