
(Patria) - Four delegates from the Bosniak People's Club of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Šefik Džaferović, Dženan Đonlagić, Džemal Smajić and Safet Softić, today submitted to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a request for a review of compliance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina of the Decision of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska on the election of the President of the Government of the Republika Srpska.
An appeal was also made regarding the Decisions on the election of members of the Government of the Republika Srpska, the Decision on the early entry into force of the Decision on the election of the President of the Government of the Republika Srpska, and the Decision on the early entry into force of the Decision on the election of members of the Government of the Republika Srpska, with a request that the said Decisions be annulled as unconstitutional.
At the same time, the adoption of an interim measure was requested to prevent the occurrence of harmful consequences and to prevent the legal chaos that may arise from the application of the contested decisions of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska.
