Dujković for Patria: No refugees at BiH border yet

The BiH Border Police have not yet recorded any attempt by migrants to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina, although authorities expect thousands of Syrian refugees from Serbia could head towards our country during the day.

Spokesperson for the BiH Border Police, Sanela Dujković, confirmed for the BiH news agency Patria that there have been no collective or individual entries of migrants into BiH at its borders.

The situation at BiH border crossings remains calm. No individuals, or larger or smaller groups of refugees from the Middle East intending to enter or pass through BiH have been registered.

The refugee crisis in the region continues. Croatia closed its borders with Serbia on Thursday, after receiving about 11,000 migrants.
