(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH, at its session today, scheduled to start at 11:00 AM, should consider the Report on the implementation of the Law on the control of arms and military equipment for 2025, proposed by the Ministry of Security of BiH.
The Report from the Central Database on committed serious criminal offenses in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2025, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of BiH, should also be considered.
The Proposal of the Report on the work of the Council of Ministers of BiH for 2025, as well as the reports on the work of the institutions of the Council of Ministers of BiH for 2025, should be on the agenda.
The annual report of the Communications Regulatory Agency for 2025 is also one of the planned agenda items.
A Proposal of a decision on the appointment of members of the Management Board of the Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Federation of BiH should be presented to the ministers.
A Proposal of a decision on approving funds from the current budget reserve from the budget of BiH institutions and international obligations of BiH to the City of Zvornik, as well as a Proposal of a decision on approving funds from the current budget reserve from the budget of BiH institutions and international obligations of BiH to the City of Goražde, should be considered.
The review of the Information on the application of the Decision on the procedure for harmonizing the legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the acquis communautaire of the European Union in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, is planned.
Under the designation confidential, the Proposal of the Rulebook on amendments and additions to the Rulebook on internal organization of the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and other measures of BiH, and the Proposal of the Rulebook on amendments and additions to the Rulebook on internal organization of the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH are positioned as the last agenda items.
