Dramatic chase: Man drove two children in the trunk!

Strong forces of the Belgrade police were alerted on Monday after workers at a gas station reported that a man, who was refueling, was driving two children in the trunk of the car, reports the Patria News Agency.

All available police officers were searching for a BMW station wagon because there was a suspicion that it was most likely a kidnapping. However, after an hour, when they managed to find the 40-year-old driver, it turned out that he was driving his own children in the trunk!

Kurir writes that there were a total of seven people in the car, five in the passenger compartment, while two children, aged 7 and 10, were in the trunk.

- What do you want! The children are mine, I don't have space in the car and I have the right to drive them however I want, said S.M. who was driving the vehicle. He received a misdemeanor charge for severely endangering the lives of children in traffic and was released.
