SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Another giant has lost the game, and unfortunately in the public we also had attitudes based on the principle of 'let the neighbor's cow die', warned delegate Aner Žuljević.
“The burden and history of Aluminij are heavy, however, the information I have obtained says that the closure of Aluminij has effects on the electricity system. The NOS warned the DERK about this, and I would like if someone has that letter to provide it to us,” stated Žuljević.
Delegate of HDZ Tomislav Mandić requested, through an initiative, from the Government of the FBiH the protection of Aluminij workers, jobs, and the restart of production. He demands from all competent institutions to investigate the responsibility of all those who brought Aluminij into the state it is in.
The initial agenda includes the verification of the mandate of the new delegate in the House of Peoples, Elmedin Konaković.
Afterwards, the delegates will consider proposals for conclusions arising from the rulings of the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, no.: U-22/16 of 6.3.2019, U-31/18 of 26.3.2019, U-24/18 of 7.5.2019, U-5/18 of 7.5.2019, U-35/18 of 28.5.2019, U-34/18 of 28.5.2019, U-27/18 of 7.5.2019, and U-6/19 of 28.5.2019.
The proposal for a decision on amendments and supplements to the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2019 under urgent procedure is the third planned item of today's agenda, followed by the consideration of the Proposal for a Law on amendments and supplements to the Law on the Execution of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2019, which did not receive support to be considered under urgent procedure.
Before the delegates is the Proposal for a Law on the rights of demobilized defenders and members of their families, also under urgent procedure.
The agenda will be supplemented with the Proposal for a Law on amendments and supplements to the Law on Electricity under urgent procedure, the Proposal for a Law on amending the Law on financial consolidation of companies, and the Proposal for a decision on granting consent to amendments and supplements to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the FBiH and supplements to the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for this year, as well as the Decision on the method of executing the Rebalance of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the FBiH.
Before the delegates should also be the Proposal for a decision on accepting the Loan Agreement between BiH and the IBRD for this year.
The last item is the Proposal for a decision on accepting the debt for the project of improving energy efficiency of the Public Institution Zenica Cantonal Hospital.
Deputy Speaker of the House Aljoša Čampara expressed doubt about the vote on the urgent procedure for amendments to the Law on the Execution of the Budget, after which Jasmin Duvnjak requested a break.
By individual vote after the break, the urgent procedure for considering the proposed amendments to the Law on the Execution of the Budget was supported.
The agenda of today's session was adopted, after which the mandate of Elmedin Konaković was verified.
