(Patria) - Novak Đoković is the winner of the US Open. The Serbian tennis player secured his fourth title in New York and 24th Grand Slam of his career, equalling Margaret Court, by defeating Daniil Medvedev 3:0, with set scores of 6:3, 7:6 and 6:3.
Novak Đoković won his 24th career Grand Slam title in New York, his fourth at the US Open. Russian Daniil Medvedev could not stop him, even though Đoković did not play his best tennis.
Đoković has tied for first place in terms of Grand Slam titles won in both categories, as the famous Australian Margaret Court also won 24 Grand Slam titles.
