(Patria) - With the aim of improving „online“ teaching in Sarajevo Canton, the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Sarajevo Canton, Anis Krivić, today presented the President of the Association of Directors of Sarajevo primary schools, Hajrudin Ćuprija, with 72 tablets, which were previously donated to the relevant ministry by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization - UNESCO in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On this occasion, Minister Krivić informed President Ćuprija that UNESCO responded to the invitation of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Sarajevo Canton and donated this valuable donation in order to reduce the number of Sarajevo primary school students who do not have access to the internet and enable them equal participation in „online“ teaching.
Minister Krivić informed his guest that he accepted the proposal of the Council of Parents of Sarajevo Canton and made a decision to distribute these tablets to students in 15 primary schools in Sarajevo Canton, which had previously expressed a need for them. It was agreed that President Ćuprija, through the Association he represents, will ensure that the said tablets are distributed to students of the mentioned Sarajevo schools, according to the proposal of the Council of Parents of Sarajevo Canton.
