Dodik signed decrees: Laws banning the work of BiH institutions in RS will soon enter into force

(Patria) - RS President Milorad Dodik signed decrees tonight on the promulgation of controversial laws adopted at the Special Session of the National Assembly of RS, which ban the operation of the Court, Prosecutor's Office of BiH, SIPA and the HJPC of BiH on the territory of the RS entity.



Dodik signed decrees for the Law on Non-application of Laws and Prohibition of the Operation of Unconstitutional Institutions of BiH, the Law on the HJPC of RS, the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of RS, and the Law on the Special Register and Public Operation of Non-profit Organizations.

Dodik stated during the signing of the decrees that these laws will enter into force on Friday, March 7.

We remind that the Bosniak Caucus in the Council of Peoples of RS did not raise the issue of protection of vital national interest regarding these unconstitutional laws today.

In order not to drag this matter out in the Constitutional Court of RS and give time to Dodik and everyone else to procrastinate, let him sign and let these laws be published.
