Dodik states: RS National Assembly will not consider Izetbegović's request

Member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović cannot legitimately address any institution in Republika Srpska, nor the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, stated the President of RS Milorad Dodik today, reports the Patria News Agency.

In a statement to journalists in Banja Luka, Dodik commented on Izetbegović's ultimatum request to the RS National Assembly to revoke the decision to call a referendum.

- Izetbegović can only address when he performs the function of the Chairperson of the BiH Presidency and when this institution makes a decision that he can sign, said Dodik, adding that the RS National Assembly will not consider any request submitted by a member of the BiH Presidency.
