BRATUNAC, (Patria) - The Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, said today in Bratunac that those who care about BiH think the BiH Council of Ministers is something important.
"What do we need the Council of Ministers for. We need to develop the full capacities of the institutions of Republika Srpska and we will do that. We will start taking over the jobs that were taken from us in order to return those functions to Republika Srpska again", without specifying what this refers to.
When asked when the BiH Council of Ministers could be formed, Dodik replied that "Vanga is no longer alive and there is no one to answer that".
