The number of Bosniaks in the ranks of the RS MoI could increase in the coming months, after statistics showed a catastrophically low number of Bosniaks employed in the RS MoI.
The President of the Club of Representatives of the Homeland Coalition in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Mihnet Okić, told the Patria agency that there is an agreement and will among the authorities in RS to increase the number of Bosniaks in the ranks of the RS MoI, because that number is now shamefully low.
Out of about 6,880 employees in the RS MoI, only about 360, or five percent, are Bosniaks, according to statistics published at the end of last year, Patria writes.
