(Patria) - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska is discussing the Bill on Non-application of Decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court in RS today.
The President of RS, Milorad Dodik, addressed the session today. He spoke about the composition of the BiH Constitutional Court and offensively referred to a judge from Albania.
"For us to have Sead Palavrić and Ćeman and three judges, one of whom is an 'Albanian', whatever anyone thinks, I don't care, and I don't need to explain what it means for Serbs in such constellations, for someone from Albania, an Albanian, to come and tell us what is right," Dodik said.
In the end, he said that it is a difficult moment on the international scene "but it is the right one for us".
He reiterated that he will propose a ban on the operation of SIPA, the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and the BiH Court in RS until these institutions are returned to their constitutional frameworks.
