Dodik and Višković invite FBiH leadership 'to talks on Dayton implementation'

(Patria) - RS President Milorad Dodik said today that this BiH entity is "not against the European path of BiH", but that it opposes the "abuse" of that path, citing as an example the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH "which are not contained in the Constitution of BiH".

A day after being convicted before the Court of BiH for disregarding the decisions of High Representative Christian Schmidt, Dodik said that he and RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković had invited the FBiH leadership for talks.

"RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković and I today invited the President of FBiH, her deputies and the Prime Minister of FBiH to come to Banja Luka at a time convenient for them, so that we could discuss the implementation of the Dayton Agreement and jointly contribute to understanding each other's positions and considering solutions," Dodik wrote on platform X.

Република Српска није против европског пута БиХ, али јесте против злоупотребе тог пута. Једна од тих злоупотреба су Суд и Тужилаштво БиХ, којих нема у Уставу БиХ.
