
With 58 votes in favor and 32 abstentions, Edin Mušić from SDA was elected Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Vice-Chairmen elected are Marinko Čavara (60 in favor, 22 abstentions) from HDZ and Saša Mitrović (60 in favor, 28 abstentions) from the Democratic Front.
Two newly elected federal delegates did not attend today's session - Hasan Muratović (SDP), the current mayor of the municipality of Živinice, and Rasim Omerović (SDA), the mayor of Kalesija.
Two mandate rejections were received by the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The mandate of a federal delegate was rejected by Ibrahim Hadžibajrić (SBB), the current mayor of the municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo, and Salko Selman, the newly elected President of the Management Board of the Development Bank of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Hadžibajrić's mandate was replaced by Jasna Duraković-Hadžiomerović, while the procedure regarding the replacement mandate won by Selman has not yet been completed at the CEC.
The President of the Central Election Commission, Stjepan Mikić, awarded certificates of the won mandate to the delegates, wishing them success in their upcoming four-year term.
