"Come, See, Pass It On BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA" Sold in the Largest Bookstores of Austria and Germany

Only four months after its publication, the book by author Amel Salihbašić “Come, See, Pass It On BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA”, the German version, found itself on the shelves of the largest bookstores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP).

It is the most original work, a synthesis of beautiful photographs with brief and precise explanations of locations, promoting the natural beauties of Bosnia and Herzegovina, tourist sites of our country, which not only a large number of foreign tourists were unaware of, but also a large number of Bosnians and Herzegovinians who, after this book, discovered some charms of our country for the first time.

- I am myself surprised by how much space the book has received in bookstores in Vienna. In the Morawa bookstore, one of the largest in the city, the book is positioned right next to the cash register – said Salihbašić in an interview with Patria.

- The department head even gave an interview about the book, saying he really liked it. At the Thalia bookstore, the department head was so delighted when he saw the book that he told me I had made his day.

The book "Come, See, Pass It On BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA" is created as a combination of a photomonograph and a tourist guide. Through a multitude of photographs, Salihbašić managed to present the richness, diversity and beauty of regions across Bosnia and Herzegovina. Alongside the photographs are basic cultural, historical and geographical data from those regions.

The book features photographs of the rivers Neretva, Rakitnica, Idbar, Drežnica, Mostarska Bijela, Buna, Bunica, Trebižat, Bregava, Trebišnjica, Sušica, Tara, Drina, Guber, Gostović, Bosna, Vrbas, Ugar, Sana, Sanica, Pliva, Bliha, Una, Krušnica, etc. Besides rivers, many mountains, lakes and cities are also presented.

- A total of over 150 individual locations, attractions and activities that can be undertaken – says Salihbašić.

Besides in Bosnian, the book is also available in three world languages: English - Come, Enjoy, Pass It On BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, German - Komm, entdecke, erzähle weiter BOSNIEN UND HERZEGOWINA, and Turkish - Uzaktaki Komşu BOSNA HERSEK, and an Italian edition of the book is in preparation.

- People who do not know Bosnia and Herzegovina that well are pleasantly surprised by the diversity of the landscape, and especially by the beauty of the rivers – says Salihbašić. He noted that his book is very often used by buyers as a gift for business partners and friends, which makes him extremely happy, because every new reader is a potential tourist who could come to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- A large number of people who flip through the book also express a desire to spend part of their annual vacation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which makes me very glad because it shows that all the effort invested in publishing the book has paid off. People originally from Bosnia are initially a bit skeptical, but after flipping through it, they realize that they still do not know many regions and that the book brings something new for them as well. Tadžudin Muslibegović said: "I thought I knew all of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but only when I saw the beautiful photographs in Salihbašić's book did I realize I was wrong."

Bosnia and Herzegovina, says Salihbašić, has great tourist potential that should be utilized. But, he adds further, very little is being done to promote these riches, which must change as soon as possible if Bosnia and Herzegovina wants a larger number of tourists, writes NAP.
