Disciplinary Committee requests statement from Velež due to the presence of a larger number of people at the match

(Patria) - The Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina has requested a statement from Mostar's Velež due to the presence of a larger number of people in the stands than provided for by the COVID protocol.

This concerns the match between Velež and Tuzla City from the 6th round, which ended in a 1:1 draw. The report was filed by the Competition Committee of the FA of BiH based on the report of medical officer Edina Lazović.

The Disciplinary Committee has also requested a statement from the match delegate Goran Skoko, as well as from Edina Lazović, Faktor reports.

Let us recall that according to the COVID protocol of the FA of BiH, a maximum of 131 people can be present at the stadium during Premier League matches.

In case clubs do not comply with any measure in the document, they will be subject to disciplinary responsibility.

"A club that fails to fulfill its obligations from the COVID 19 Measures and Procedures Plan will be fined from 3,000 to 10,000 KM. If the violation is repeated or qualified as a more serious offense, the club will be punished by the deduction of two to six points or a penalty of two to six negative points," the Measures Plan states.
