Director of FK Sarajevo Ajla Alimanović resigns: Fans can return to Koševo

(Patria) - Director of FK Sarajevo Ajla Alimanović has submitted an irrevocable resignation from the position of general director of FK Sarajevo. She confirmed this information on social media.

"Dear Bordo family,

I have decided to submit an irrevocable resignation from the position of general director of FK Sarajevo.

We did not achieve good results in Europe and I am taking my share of responsibility. The club now needs unity more than ever, and it is certain that I will not be an obstacle to the fans uniting and returning to Koševo.

I thank all employees and partners for excellent cooperation. Thank you to Mr. Mirvić for support in both good and bad times and for everything he does for the Club.

Special thanks to the fans for support when it was needed, but also for the criticism that made me a better person. This team can and must achieve maximum results!

I remain at the Club's disposal for everything needed until an adequate replacement is found.
