DF: By founding the company "Intera", the FBiH Government is violating the law and bypassing Parliament

Prime Minister Fadil Novalić claims that he wants to introduce order in the Federation, while the opposition accuses that the new government company is illegal, writes the Patria news agency.

The Democratic Front warns that by founding the company Intera d.o.o., the FBiH Government is ignoring the Law on the Initial Balance Sheet of Enterprises and Banks of the FBiH. According to this Law, as explained by this party, the Directorate for the Passive Balance Sheet of Enterprises and Banks is competent for managing the property that Prime Minister Novalić is talking about!

According to Article 35b and Article 35c of the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Initial Balance Sheet of Enterprises and Banks of the FBiH, the property management tasks are carried out by the aforementioned Directorate, which, within its activities, should cooperate with governments, ministries, and other state bodies established by the breakup of the former SFRY.

- With this procedure, the crippled FBiH Government has not only neglected the existing Law but has, for who knows what time, bypassed the FBiH Parliament. By placing this activity under the jurisdiction of a new company, legal uncertainty and legal parallelism have been created! - warns the DF, adding that the management structure is under the jurisdiction of the FBiH Parliament, and in order to bypass the FBiH Parliament, the FBiH Government has founded a company where it will appoint personnel itself, and this during the Decision on the moratorium on employment, reports Patria.

Suvad Osmanagić, advisor to Prime Minister Novalić, who has a number of criminal charges and misdemeanors behind him, will be appointed head of the new government company. The latest charge is in the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office and relates to negligent work in office.
