Dzumhur's ninth victory at the tournament in Mexico: This was a ticket to the top 100 tennis players in the world

The best tennis player from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Damir Dzumhur, celebrated again on Friday evening, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

In the semifinals of the ATP Challenger in Mexico, Dzumhur defeated Spaniard Adrian Menendez with a score of 2:1, thus advancing to the tournament final. With this victory, Dzumhur should enter the top 100 tennis players in the world for the first time. This will be known after the new ATP rankings are published next week.

Dzumhur has played the previous eight matches without losing a set.

Dzumhur's next match will be against the winner of the match between Victor Estrella Burgos from the Dominican Republic (51st player on the ATP list) and Austrian Gerald Melzer (145th ATP), reports NAP.
