SNSD Delegates Leave the House of Peoples Session of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Breaking the Quorum for Further Work

(Patria) - Chairman of the House of Peoples Collegium Nikola Špirić (SNSD) addressed the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly after a break, stating that two hours were spent on correcting false statements and violations of the Rules of Procedure, and that there was no desire to discuss the two items on the agenda.

"I believe that takes precedence over all other polemics and discussions. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that today the agenda in some people's minds was first Nenad Vuković, then the employees, then their salaries. We have come to insults. If the Collegium had a unified stance that these should be agenda items, we from the SNSD Club do not intend to remain at this session to deal with trivial laws.

Thank you very much, I do not wish to continue participating in insults, and I leave further work and the conduct of the session to colleague Kemal Ademović according to the Rules of Procedure. Three SNSD delegates do not wish to engage in discussions outside the agenda," said Špirić.

Ademović said that there is now no quorum for further work, and called a one-hour break to try to secure a quorum.

"My obligation is to appear here after an hour; who among you will come is another matter," said Ademović.

The SNSD, with three delegates, holds the quorum for work, as sessions cannot be held if there are not three delegates from each club.
