(Patria) - The 1st special joint session of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been scheduled for November 27 on the topic: "DEPUTIES/DELEGATES ASK - THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF BiH ANSWERS".

This is the first session in this term of government. Since the formation of the Council of Ministers of BiH, this session has never been held, although it should be held once a year.

For this session, several delegates have submitted questions to the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Thus, delegate Zlatko Miletić posed a question to the Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH: Will you resign?

Delegate Šefik Džaferović asked: Is the Council of Ministers of BiH taking any action to respect the constitutional and legal principles of ethnic representation of employees in BiH institutions?

Delegate Dženana Đonlagić is interested in under which decision and from which date the Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH distributes public revenues from indirect taxes from the Single Treasury Account of BiH to the two entities and the Brčko District. The question was addressed to the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Representative Milan Dunović submitted a question to Chairwoman Krišto asking why she did not fulfill her legal obligation and appoint the Minister of Security, even though the former minister submitted his resignation as early as January 23, 2025.

Dunović reminds her that she had an obligation to do so within 15 days from the date of his resignation, and that she should have completed this obligation by February 7, 2025.
