Delegates of the House of Peoples of FBiH demand that the "spengavanje" affair be included in the agenda of today's session

(Patria) - Ahead of today's session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation, 13 delegates have submitted a request to include the item "Information on the controversial correspondence of the Prime Minister of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding "spengavanje", in connection with which suspicion of fabricated court proceedings arose.

The delegates who submitted the request also provided the reasoning of their colleagues from the House of Representatives, who requested an extraordinary session on the same issue, stating in their request:

"Namely, on 10/19/2025, the media published correspondence found in the phone of Vahidin Munjić, acting director of FUP, from which it can be clearly concluded that the federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, together with his associates and acting director of FUP Vahidin Munjić, participated in "packaging" investigations that resulted in the arrest of former officials of JP Autoceste FBiH. At the same time, it was stated that Nermin Nikšić, in return, through police inspector Muhamed Ohranović and the Minister of Transport in the Government of KS Adnan Šteta, ensured that Munjić's cousin was appointed as an executive director of JP BH Pošta. Also, it is stated that Inspector Ohranović, whose wife Nermin Nikšić appointed as an executive director of JP Elektroprivreda BiH, also received a "reward for loyalty". In addition, Nikšić personally organized for Munjić's mandate as acting director of the Federal Police Administration to be extended multiple times.

Given that this is a clear abuse of position, that Prime Minister Nikšić obviously interfered with the work of the police authorities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that he used his position to carry out illegal employment, we request that the mentioned session be scheduled as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days, as stipulated by Article 98 of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We demand that the following responsible persons be invited and their presence ensured: Munib Halilović, Chief Federal Prosecutor - Federal Prosecutor's Office of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hrvoje Čabrajić, Head of the Special Department for Combating Corruption, Organized and Inter-Cantonal Crime (POSKOK), Vahidin Munjić, Director of the Federal Police Administration, Ramo Isak, Minister of Internal Affairs of FBiH, and Nermin Nikšić, Prime Minister of FBiH", the representatives stated in their request.
