EU Delegation in BiH condemns attacks on opposition leaders and representatives in RS: There is no place for political violence in democracy

(Patria) - The EU Delegation in BiH condemned the new attack on the property of MP Nebojša Vukanović and the president of the List for Justice and Order. Last night, Vukanović's family home in Trebinje had its second car set on fire. The first time was in March, and that case has never been solved.

Vukanović directly blamed Milorad Dodik last night.

A few days ago, the car of Dževad Mahmutović, a delegate of the Council of Peoples of RS, was also set on fire, and Branislav Borenović was physically attacked. In July, the car of MP Amir Hurtić near Doboj was also set on fire.

"We strongly condemn the arson attack on Nebojša Vukanović's car. Political violence has no place in a democracy. We are very concerned about the number of recent attacks on RS opposition politicians, including B. Borenović and Dz. Mahmutović. We call on the competent authorities to act," stated the EU Delegation.
