Dayton Peace Agreement found after Kuntos attempted to sell it

Police officers of the Organized and Serious Crime Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska on October 31, 2017, deprived of liberty a person with initials Ž.K. due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offenses of „Influence peddling“ under Article 321, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska and „Forgery or destruction of an official document“ under Article 349, paragraph 2 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska.

- The person Ž.K. is suspected that, after coming into possession of the original text of the „Dayton Peace Agreement“ written in English, during 2017, he offered it for sale with the aim of acquiring unlawful property gain.
The person was on the same day, along with a report on the committed criminal offense, brought to the Special Department of the Republic Prosecutor's Office for Combating Corruption, Organized and Most Severe Forms of Economic Crime of the Republic Public Prosecutor's Office of Republika Srpska in Banja Luka - stated the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska.

Therefore, the person Ž.K. (previously reported to be Željko Kuntos) is suspected that, after coming into possession of the original text of the „Dayton Peace Agreement“ written in English, during 2017, he offered it for sale with the aim of acquiring unlawful property gain.
