Vogošća Days opened with a parade of primary school graduates

(Patria) - This year's edition of Vogošća Days, which will last until June 25, began with the traditional parade of primary school graduates, the Vogošća Zambaci.

For years, this event has been one of the most beautiful and emotional occasions in this local community, gathering students from five primary schools in the Vogošća area, as well as their parents, teachers, and citizens.

Through a ceremonial parade through the streets of Vogošća, joint socializing, and an appropriate entertainment program, the graduates marked the end of an important life chapter and the beginning of a new period of schooling and growing up.

- The Vogošća Zambaci have become a recognizable symbol of generations of young people from Vogošća who, through their work, effort, and successes, represent the future of this local community - said the Mayor of Vogošća, Migdad Hasanović.

The future high school students gathered at the "Hakija Mršo" stadium, from where they proceeded in a large column, accompanied by the Sarajevo Drum Orchestra, along Jošanička Street to the plateau in front of the Administrative Building of the Public Institution Cultural-Sports Center "Jasmin Isanović-Žuti".

As part of the musical program, the graduates enjoyed music and rhythms provided by Mahir Beathouse. Mayor Hasanović also greeted them with a short speech, wishing them much success in the high school challenges awaiting them as early as this autumn.

This year, the Vogošća Zambaci continued their tradition as one of the most recognizable features of the Vogošća Days event, confirming Vogošća's commitment to continuously investing in young people, their education, and creating an environment where they can develop their potential.

The Vogošća Days program continued with the event "Children Sing Hits," and tomorrow a concert by Ibro Bublin is scheduled, starting at 8:30 PM.
